CORTIZO systems are adjustable to any type of project: single-family and collective housing, health, industrial, offices..., any type of building!

We are well aware that each architectural project presents its own singularities and identity, CORTIZO has specific areas integrated in our Architecture and Engineering departments, which are dedicated exclusively to the study and implementation of ad-hoc projects to respond to the creative freedom of the architect.
Rigor
The CORTIZO Technology Center is dedicated exclusively to research, development and innovation in the building system sector, serving to more than 30 countries. With a total area of 3,175 m², this pioneering center in Europe has the most modern and complete laboratory of tests of the sector, integrated by 8 test banks in which we are able to test and certify the properties of more than our 50 exclusive CORTIZO systems.

CORTIZO ECOEFFICIENT
CORTIZO RECYCLING is responsible for transporting the aluminum to our foundry plant, in order to close the cycle of a 100% reusable material. More than 2,400 aluminum waste collection points in Europe. Low energy consumption in the recycling process (5% of primary consumption).
QUALITY
From our Quality Control Department, we carry out exhaustive controls of all variables, in each procedure, in order to reach the highest standards in this area.
